Dr. Nydia Tijerina Darby presents the Therapeutic Astanga Method.™ This method introduces the unique approach that Nydia uses to draw out the therapeutic potential of Traditional Hatha Yoga postures. The participants will experience an all levels accessible Sun Salutation and a structured sequence of Hatha yoga. Focused attention will be directed towards using a very soft and gentle ujjayi breath to maintain concentration and optimize oxygenation. Core strength, mobility and flexibility of the extremities and the importance of learning how to safely move from standing to transitioning to the floor in sitting, supine and prone will be addressed. The participants will be introduced to Nydia’s Signature 5 areas of Core that can help improve functional mobility and stability when incorporated into asana and daily living activities. This practice is great for those who are ready to deepen their awareness of the subtle and powerful effects of breath awareness that is central to Nydia’s therapeutic yoga practices. All levels of practitioners are encouraged and welcomed to attend.

Spend one hour with Anna Villalobos, as she delivers vitality coaching to the Power Infusion Participants. Anna will take you step by step to the root of your most difficult and confusing health and vitality questions, and work with you to create fulfilling and long-lasting solutions.
2 - Individual Coaching Sessions (convenient phone sessions)
One- on- one attention to your specific needs. Anna has a unique approach that far exceeds the more commonplace solutions like extreme dieting, surgery or synthetic pills and hormones that leave you feeling frustrated, dependent, deprived and feeling worse in the end. We all have stories that keep us bound up in drama and unnecessary emotion. Often the most difficult part of letting go of the story is releasing your pain around it. Pain is ultimately debilitating and causes you more hurt than anyone in your story. Re- writing your story opens the door to possibility. Join Anna as she walks you through a process that will allow you to take responsibility, get out of victim state and into creation, and live an empowered life.
