This comprehensive program is for students of all levels to get familiar with the alignment principles taught at AC Power Yoga. Hands on adjustments and partner work will be included to build a solid foundation for your practice. Amanda will gradually guide you through the Baptiste Power Yoga sequence to allow you to better understand the progression of a Power Yoga class
The class will meet once a week for 3 weeks.

The studio will be heated to 80 -85*

WEEK 1: Get present and heat up with Sun A’s B’s
WEEK 2: Standing postures and backbends
WEEK 3: Core work, hip and hamstring opening, inversions
